Blueberry Muffins

    My Mom loves a muffin and coffee for her breakfasts and so I made a batch of
    Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins
    for her yesterday. Very good!

    I only had 2 cups of blueberries but I did mash them and there was plenty of blueberry flavour. I like the sprinkling of sugar on the top of the muffin just before it went in the oven. It gave it a bit of a sweet crunch once baked.

    I found I had enough batter that it actually filled the muffin liner. They were easy to lift out once cooled a bit. I had three taste testers for this and everyone gave it a definite thumb's up!
