    Chicken And Gnocchi Soup

    Re : Nov/16 Soup Challenge

This is a very good recipe. I did bump up the chicken to 2 cups and used baby kale as that is what I had in the house. I did find the soup a little bland but I did enjoy it. Will be making again but next time I will add some dry herb and cayenne pepper for some kick.

LOL there are loads of this type of recipe out there. I have a different one that I found. It is very much like Olive Garden's soup. I like it but because it is a white cream based soup with potato gnocchi it is a bit mild on the flavor side.

Hi DIZ3 it is the same way here during the winter months. LOL though there are times the family has had enough soups.
