*Made for the September 2019 Breakfast Recipe Challenge*

Wow, I would have never thought of eggs on tortilla chips for breakfast, but here it is! It's delicious too :) my eggs turned an ugly shade of red from the tomatoes. Very filling and great for something "different"! The recipe submitters picture shows what looks like black beans and corn? I'm wondering if there are some missing ingredients in this recipe or maybe they used a bean and corn salsa?

Well that's pretty fun! Never ever heard of (or even thought of) having eggs over tortilla chips. It'd be a fun brekkie to serve....definitely out of the ordinary!
