Chili Fried Potatoes

    I needed a side dish to go with sausage and had some potatoes, so found this! Super easy, few ingredients and I love that I can throw these in the pan and walk away for a few minutes at a time. I got the dishwasher unloaded and the house vacuumed while these were cooking lol :) I didn't even want to think how sliced potatoes would fit and cook in my pan so I figured cubed would be the best way to go. They cooked up nicely and got crispy and brown on some of the sides. Would be great at breakfast time with a fried egg on top :)

    Oh wow, those look good! Beautiful photo, Mommyluvs2cook! I bet they'd taste good omitting the chili powder and adding a little rosemary to serve with a nice beef roast, too. They sound versatile enough to spice them any way you want and serve with whatever! Good find!
