Quick and easy, especially if one uses a store bought pie shell. Good blueberry flavor. Nice and sweet as a pie should be.
I "cheaped out" on the cost of blueberries and used frozen. The pie shells come in pairs so I made two pies. That's going to spike my blood-sugar!
