Creamy Tortellini Soup With Sausage, Tomatoes And Spinach

  So delicious! My whole family loved it :) I used a little less stock, just because I didn't think through that I would have 9 cups of liquid plus everything else and I used too small of a pot lol. I used about 6 cups of stock. Had all the herbs listed, so in they went! The tomatoes add a nice acidic flavor this needs and melds into the soup. Forgot the parmesan for the picture, oh well!
