Deviled Ham And Eggs by Notyourmomma

Tina has some great recipes, and this is top notch! I've never seen ham in a deviled egg before so I couldn't wait to try this recipe. I can't say enough good things about it!!!
All the flavours go together perfectly, the sweet, tart, salt, and spice are perfectly balanced.
Even without the ham I think it would still be a great deviled egg!!
I had one egg white that fell apart, so I had a little extra filling leftover. I spread it on toast and it was super yummy!!
Put this on your must try list, you won't regret it! :D

I think this is the first time I've ever seen ham in a deviled egg as well Shona! All of the ingredients in this sound delicious, especially the horseradish :) Beautiful picture!!

My husband is a Deviled egg monster so this is a 'must try' for me. We both love deviled eggs and we also love ham and horseradish. Very fun. Lovely photo Shona. Thanks for bringing this one to my attention.

    Thanks ladies! :)
I'm sure you and your husband will love it Janet! My hubby gobbled them up after work yesterday and said it was the best deviled he's had---and I agree with him! :D

Just a note. I've heard that if one lays the eggs on its side in the fridge for a couple of days, that the yolks will move to the center of the white. Aesthetically symmetry from white to yolk to white. Never tried it but heard.

Thanks for the tip Points! Some of my egg yolks settled really close to one side so some bottoms are very thin. I'll have to try laying the eggs sideways next time. I also heard storing them tip point down does the same thing. Will have to experiment! ;)
