Fontina and Asparagus Tart

    My SIL came over to visit with my niece and I decided to make this so we would have something to snack on! We LOVED it!! I have never had Fontina cheese before so I was worried it would be of the strong tasting variety, but it's not, kind of reminded me of a sharp white cheddar maybe? Anyway, very yummy and super easy to throw together.

    Bakerme, puff pastry is ridiculously easy to use! Just unroll the dough and use!!

    I've made this recipe A TON of times. It's pretty easy to do, you can prep it all ahead of time and then just add the lemon zest mixture right before you pop it in the oven so it's easy to serve for a dinner party, and it looks and tastes fantastic. Glad I referred you to a good one Michelle. :)
