  I've made this soup before and made it again today for lunch. It makes a lot so I only made 1/2 the recipe. It's the same recipe that's on A.R. but still it's good. So forgiving to tweaks too. Today I added broccoli and cauliflower, used the full can of beans, used baby kale instead of spinach, left out the zucchini, and used more broth but less tomato sauce.
  I added another picture which isn't as good as my first picture but this time I used my Ipad to take the photo. It's just a wonderful, healthy, good for you soup!
  Made for IMI2 Soup/Stew challenge.
