Smoky Thousand Island Dressing

Sorry ladies … no photo this time due to accidently deleting it. However this sandwich was great. Like a Rueben without the meat. It was screaming for Thousand Island dressing and I had recently made some so I spread some on the inside before grilling.

Hey, LindaLMT! What a great find! This is right up my alley. I love Rueben anything and the more sauerkraut the better. I'll bet the Gruyere is wonderful! I just happen to have all of the ingredients except my rye bread is light rye. I agree. It wouldn't be the same without Thousand Island. Saved!
