    Fantastic! Like a Rueben without the meat! I couldn't help myself and spread some Thousand Island dressing on the inside before grilling.

    Good one to add! I make a similar version, but never thought to post it. I also use that butter spray to "cut calories"...delicious. Then again, I can have warm sauerkraut with a mixture of mustard and ketchup and be happy. It sounds gross, but it's good :)!
