*Made for the February Slow Cooker Recipe Challenge*

These were wonderful! Probably the best short ribs I've made so far. I don't think honey mustard is a good way to title these, since you have 1 cup of BBQ sauce to such a small amount of honey and mustard. Taste more like the BBQ sauce! This was so simple to just throw in the slow cooker :) Meat was falling off the bone, I had trouble getting it onto the plate lol. A pile of meat is not very photogenic :\ I could eat these all day!! Another good one Chefmeow!

Thanks Linda and Janet! Linda, I think I have struggled with short ribs before, because I haven't cooked them right. This time I trimmed as much of the fat as I could before putting them in the slow cooker :) Janet, I was glad too, I almost passed up the recipe because honey mustard on ribs isn't too appealing to me, but after reading the ingredients I had figured they would be more BBQ-saucy :)
