Honeyed Carrots

We had these wonderful carrots a couple of days ago. The only minor change I made was the type of honey. The first time it was regular honey this time it was buckwheat honey which I find much sweeter than regular so cut back to 3 tbs. Family loved this recipe as much as they did the first time.

Thank you Bakerme. LOL when I was checking out the pics that I had added to the recipe the chicken dish was exactly the same one I had done the first time only I had used turkey pieces this time.
