Meatball Mushroom Soup
Made 10/28/16, rich mushroom taste, and comfort food. Recommend it. I did add some beef base to deepen flavor.

I've eyeballed this recipe of Keni's plenty of times, but always end up not making it because my family hates mushrooms :( Looks so delicious though and I love Keni's description of why the meatballs were added to the recipe :P

Your right Nadine, or the family could just pick out the mushrooms and put them in my bowl :) I'd have to serve it over rice or something for them to feel like it was a full meal :P
