    Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

    Wow what a great meatloaf recipe. Loved the flavours and it was tender. I did used a mixture of lean beef and ground pork. For some reason we really enjoy this in our meatloaves now. I will be making again. LOL DS#1 has suggested trying it with smoked gouda and jalapeno Havarti cheeses.

    Oh DIZ3 I used parchment rather than waxed as I had none in the house. Boy will I use the waxed with the wax side up. Yes it rolled up okay but it was it was fun trying to keep it from sticking.

    Hi Ml2c I use to be the same way until I did Don's burger recipe. Now I mix the two together or pick up the beef and pork combo family pack. Really enjoy the comb even in a pasta sauce.
