Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Got a really good deal on a pork loin at Costco so looked for some new recipes to try. Came across this one
    Oven Fried Pork Chops/saved
Really enjoyed it. Hubby loves Dijon so that was a plus. I didn't have any fresh thyme or sage on hand so just cut back the amount and used dried. Lovely flavour and a nice crunch. Served with a tossed salad and some baked rice. Cooking time was bang on.
Nice recipe as always from Luisa.

Why is it called oven-fried? There is no frying going on.

Thanks Bakerme and Shona. I use fresh herbs all the time in the summer from my garden but hate paying $2-$3 per teeny plastic package in the winter time.
