Pineapple Glazed Chicken With Jalapeno Salsa

  *Made for the August 2020 "Chicken" Recipe Challenge*
  
  I was looking for a summery recipe that didn't require me grilling, and I found this in my recipe box. Perfect!! I was kind of wondering if I should make up the glaze early and marinate the chicken in some of it for a few hours to get more flavor, but I didn't lol, and it was plenty flavorful! I did add a squeeze of lime juice to the salsa. What a fun and summery recipe :)
