Pretty Pleasing Pumpkin Bread

Made for the October 2017 Pumpkin Challenge!
Pretty Pleasing Pumpkin Bread by Connor909

I knew this had to be good since I haven't been let down by any recipes Connor909 has posted. And boy this is a winner!!
It's perfectly moist, perfectly spiced and perfectly delicious! The cinnamon chips are a nice surprise when you bite into one. When cutting into the bread I didn't really see the chips, so I worried that they melted away inside the bread; but you get little bits of one here and there which is quite pleasing! ;)
This would make great hostess gifts, but you'll want to keep a loaf for yourself too!
I waited a full day before cutting into it as pumpkin breads taste better the day after you make it. :)
One of the best pumpkin breads I've made, I highly recommend it!
I almost forgot to mention that I didn't add the glaze. I tasted it without and thought it was perfectly yummy all on it's own.

    Thanks :)
I want to order those paper liner pans to bake them in next time! Much easier for gift giving. I only have two 9x5 pans, and I loaded them up. But they starting to bake down the sides of the pan so I won't do that again, lol ;)

    Thanks everyone! :)
This is the first time I tried cinnamon chips and they are perfect in this! (It took 3 stores to find them and I finally found them at Walmart)
It was hard to let them sit overnight but I've been so disappointed cutting into pumpkin breads early to find they taste so much better the next day; I wanted to make sure and give it a fair tasting! I told the family they'd lose a finger if they touched it, LOL! I made the bars so they had something else to eat while they waited for it, and it was definitely worth the wait! :)

    Thanks Linda!
Thanks Janet! I think stores in Canada only stock them around the holidays? But you can get them online at Amazon if you ever order from them. My next stop was going to be Bulk Barn, they seem to have every baking need you can think of! :)
