    Pulled Asian Pork
    "2017 Cooking for Keni"

    Family loved this recipe. I used ginger beer and added 2 tsp of the Sriracha sauce and did not find it spice at all. Just fantastic flavours.

    Oh I cooked it on Saturday afternoon then on Sunday I pulled the pork apart then back into the sauce. Covered on low for several hours removed the lid and cooked for several more hours. Meat was tender and full of great flavours.

    Ml2c if your store has a Chinese section it maybe there that is where I found mine.

    Mommyluvs, also try an Asian grocery store. You may have to ask for help with the translation if the label is in Chinese, but the staff can help with that and maybe recommend a good brand.

    I did look in the Asian/Chinese section but that was years ago, so they might have it now. I forgot about the Asian store that we have, and it's only about 30 mins. away from me, I'll have to check it out!!
