Pumpkin cheese pie

Good morning. Made this Pumpkin Cheese Pie on 10/23/16 for recipe challenge pumpkin theme. Recipe has no baking temp so I baked at 350 for 45 min with good success. Easy to make! Light, almost fluffy texture. Recipe says to serve warm but I like it better cold.,tastes like pumpkin pie with a creamy factor. Not too sweet at all.

It does look like a pumpkin pie, but with more body to it :) Love the thick looking texture, I could imagine how it would be better cold. My kids would love this Lindsay!!

Oh wow, I've made pumpkin cheesecakes, but never seen one with condensed milk before. It looks silky and creamy! Pleclere has a lot of neat recipes :)

PS: Don't forget to rate the recipe Lindsay ;) LoL, we all forget sometimes...;)

Cosmic I have trouble on this site with rating. If I rate with stars it often won't let me post the review.

Mommy/reviews2 it has a different body to it and it is quite silky. Nice pie. Let me know if you make it I'd be curious what you think.,

Nadine isn't my pic upside down? Took on my phone and it frustrates me when It does that.

I always write the review first, then at the bottom underneath where you write the review (before posting it!) add the stars where it says 'Attach a Rating'. But if you couldn't add the stars with your post, you can still go back and rate it by starting a new comment--just say "forgot to rate it" Or "Here is my rating" or something like that and add the stars. Does that make sense?

Yummy! Another version of my favorite pie :) I do the same thing Cosmicmom does and write my review first, then rate it. I've also forgotten to rate a recipe or tried to change a rating and couldn't, so had to add a comment saying something to the effect that the rating was being added or changed.

No Lindsay it does not look upside-down to. To me I see the pie plate on the bottom

It looks upside down to me. Nadine, the shine you see at the bottom of the photo is not the glass pie plate, but the top of the pie (you can see the kitchen cabinets behind it) and the dark line at the top is the crust. Try looking at it upside down and you'll see what I mean. When I did that, my husband looked at me like I was crazy and asked, "What *are* you doing??"

Love the sound of this pie! Bet it's really sweet and creamy. I would want to eat it cold, too. Great photo! It is upside down though. iPhone???
