How to make it

  • Mix cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. stir in pureed pumpkin,pumpkin pie spice,and eggs. Mix until well combined. Pour batter into pie shell.
  • Bake for 45 mins or till knife inserted 1" from the edge comes out clean. Serve warm.

    Tasty pie. Very easy to throw together which is a big plus. Recipe is missing cooking temperature so I baked mine at 350 which worked out well. Should let cream cheese come to room temp too to avoid lumps of cream cheese. Sweetness level was just right for us. Light texture and basically tastes like a creamy pumpkin pie. nice recipe.
