Roasted Onion Garlic Potatoes

Made these on 4/23/17 to go with apricot Dijon chicken. The potatoes were tender and crispy. Delicious really! Had seconds even though my tummy regretted it. I recommend these. I omitted red pepper flakes since I can't do any level of spicy and omitted parsley since I don't like it (weird I know). I feel those changes wouldn't have changed recipe a great deal. Either way, they were very good.

Those look super yummy, Lindsay! I would leave out the red pepper flakes (can't do spicy spice, either) and parsley, too. We like to taste the potatoes, not all the seasoning.

That sucks the star rating won't work for you Lindsay :( It seems like some people have strange problems on this site. My only problem is that sometimes I'll be in the middle of writing a post and then it will just disappear! Very frustrating if it's a long thought out post lol!

That disappearing halfway through the post is why I type it in Word first then copy and paste.
The roasted potatoes are pretty much how we have done ours in the past but without the parsley and chile flakes. I think we'll try this recipe next time as we love chile spices--fresh or otherwise.
