Soft And Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookie Challenge Dec/16 One of the cookies always on cookies trays in this family is a chocolate chip cookie.

This is a fantastic recipe. The cookie comes out soft and chewy. I only baked for 7 minutes.

LOL Ml2c it is sometime a hit and miss for me when it comes to soft and chew cookies. May be okay on bake day by the next day they get a little on the hard side. So far these have not.

I'll have to remember this recipe. I like soft 'n chewy cookies and have never been able to make a "perfect" chocolate chip cookie. Great find!
