*Made for the June 2020 "Picnic" Recipe Challenge*

This was the perfect simple sandwich to use my first few homegrown tomatoes on :) They were small though, I found that growing a tomato plant in a pot is waaay different than in the ground. Doesn't do near as good, so hopefully by next summer I'll have a garden going in my backyard :)

Yummy little sandwich! I used potato bread and really loaded up on the pepper, pepper and tomatoes are a match made in heaven to me! I could eat one of these for lunch everyday :P

Thanks Manella! I actually grabbed the potato bread because they didn't have the usual bread I buy. Slightly sweet and went perfect with the tomatoes :)
