Some call this "The Best Sandwich" and available only during late summer. Simple and delicious. P.S. You know you got it right if the tomato juices are running down your arm as you eat it!

- 1 Large Beefsteak Tomato (from your garden!) Sliced thick
- 4 slices fresh white bread (like Wonder)
- 2-4 Tbs Mayonnaise ( lots more!)
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
go view your shopping list

Ingredients

1 Large beefsteak tomato (from your garden!) Sliced thick shopping list
4 slices fresh white bread (like Wonder) shopping list
2-4 Tbs mayonnaise ( lots more!) shopping list
salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list

How to make it

Spread the mayonaise on all four slices of the bread.
Top with tomato slices.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Top with other slice of bread.
Slightly "squish" the sandwich together.
Cut in half.
Enjoy

I think YUMMO! I have done this a long time except a slice of REAL american cheese goes on too :) I toast my bread.
