    Two Mustard Chicken

    I have done this recipe once before exactly as written and family loved it. This time I did a tweak. I double the recipe and since I was using buckwheat honey cut it back to 3 tbs. After covering the chicken with mustard I rolled it in store bought fried onions. Great flavours and meat was tender.

    That's very cool Nadine! I love that you used fried onion crisps to roll the chicken pieces in. I bought a container of those a while back but then never figured out what to do with them. I'm gonna use your idea and the next time I need to coat something, I'll use the fried onions. Thanks for a great idea!

    Hi Chuckieb we love them here in house. One place we use a lot is in the tossed salads rather than bacon bits.

    Agreed, the onions are a great idea! I always have a half container leftover from Thanksgiving or Christmas and don't know what to do with them, now I do!
