    I've used this marinade more than once but never added it here before. I used it on a cross rib chuck steak last night which Google says is a fancy name for London Broil. This is a very tasty marinade.

    I marinaded mine for 48 hours, MrP. Started off frozen and let it thaw in the marinade in the refrigerator. I took it out of the refrigerator for about two hours before I broiled it.
