4-topped Yeast Bread

    Recipe by Warsawnan: 4 Topped Yeast Bread
    A great little loaf with tons of flavor in the crust. Loaf could probably have dwelt in he oven for 5 more minutes.
    Got to use my new instant read thermometer and pulled the loaf at 190F, minimumly done. Could have goosed it up to 200F. You can see the difference in golden brown colors comparing my pic against the recipe pic.
    Salt on the crust really made the loaf come alive with flavor.
