Wow...this was so easy and so good! My daughter wanted chocolate mousse and she wanted it fast...so I made this one! I'll use this recipe from now on!

We'll see how this is after it comes out of the fridge. It is quite liquid after blending. But has a nice smooth taste. Used Frangelico liquor for flavoring. I'm assuming it will thicken up based on all the reviews.

Maybe I'll try this one again using milk chocolate chips instead of the darker chocolate I used this time. Mother might like it better.
I did get spatters all over the place drizzling the hot cream into the blender.
