Banana Bread

Wanted to whip up something to take to my co workers, tomorrow, and had 3 smallish bananas nearly black just waiting for me to decide what to do with 'em. ;-)

This was just a basic banana bread...no nuts, no frosting or glaze, no chips or other additions. Just good banana flavor and a nice moist texture.

I did use raw sugar rather than granulated and I used all 3 of the bananas I had, but they certainly weren't large ones. I also added 1t of vanilla.

As P7O has been known to say...nothing wrong with this recipe! :-)

....and, I am not ashamed to admit that I bookmarked this recipe the day Adam posted it with plans to make it nearly entirely because of that adorable photo on the recipe's page. My heart said "awwwww"... :-)

I havent made banana bread in quite a while. I used ot make it all the time, too. Great looking pic. I like the powdered sugar look. I dont often use that, though. Seems I always inhale it while trying to eat :(

Yeh, now thats a talent I was born with and my kids inherited as well. When the 3 of us are together......watch out. Actually my daughter is great. She can wear me down, and thats not easy.
