Stuffed chicken breasts with onions, peppers and cheese. Very tasty and I had trouble with the cheese. I baked it. Could have been grilled outdoors or on the range.

That looks really good! You could probably secure it with toothpicks before baking, even if the recipe doesn't call for it. That should keep most of the cheese inside.

I wrapped each in 3 bacon pieces and did indeed secure them with toothpicks. My problem was with the ends of the rolls that were left open.
