Wait til you taste this. Cheese, chicken, peppers, bacon. All together in one gloriously unholy combination. Another delicious combination from Adam at Men In Aprons and a lickable photo to boot.

Sounds yummy! I agree about the photo ... it's a drool maker.

OMG is right, but I think I'm gonna take the low road and pan grill these on the stove - just for the non-messy grill reason and I think they will be just, if not more, delicious because it will contain all the cheese, etc. Good one!

Thes look wonderful. Heaven in a chicken breast!

I baked these in the oven at 300 degrees for an hour on my grill rack. Ninety Eight percent of the cheese melted out. Wish there was some way of stapling or tying the ends of the breast to keep all the cheese inside.
Made gravy from the marinade while the chicken was resting. Used Teriyaki sauce for the marinade.
Good tasting recipe. Bet it would have been a lot better with all that goopy cheese inside.
