  These worked out beautifully (except that I forgot to grease the pan, whoops) and they are definitely a keeper. I didn't have the extra large size muffins tins which would have been a lot easier to work with but it all fit somehow. I just had to lift the bread some to get the egg to go through since it was right next to the edges. I used bacon in mine. Added a pic. as well.
