I love this recipe. I use a really big muffin pan. I love it because I can make breakfast for a lot of people at one time.

Cut bread
Start with cheese
Tomoto is next and t
Mushrooms on top of
Cover with bread
Pour egg over
Bake
Serve

- slices of bread (one per serving)
- bacon or minced meat
- cheese
- tomato
- mushrooms
- eggs (one per serving)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut bread in circles, a bit smaller than top of muffin pan.
- Grease the pan.
- Layer your ingredients.
- Put some cheese first.
- Follow with a piece of tomato.
- Put your meat (bacon or minced meat) ont top of tomato.
- Cover with some mushrooms.
- Close all this with a bread sircle on top.
- Whisk one egg with some pepper and salt.
- Pour slowly over the bread and let it go through all the way.
- Put in an oven of 320 F or 160 deg C vir about half an hour or until egg is set.
- Serve hot.
