  Tonight I made Trigger's Tilapia Nugget recipe. Because I was pressed for time,I did not make the honey habanero bq sauce, but have the ingredients to make it tomorrow and jar it for future use. I loved the breading for the nuggets and the nuggets turned out crunchy but moist. I served the nuggets with rice, steamed vegetables, corn and chile salsa from Trader Joes, and Crystal hot sauce. This will definitely have a repeat booking at my house!
