    Wilted Spinach Salad And Garlicky Mushrooms

    Simple, easy and tasty .... nothing bad to say about this. :-)

    I actually just used bacon grease rather than butter or oil, but no other bacon or pancetta, though either would be good.

    seriously, we eat a lot of bacon, here ... thick cut applewood smoked .... good stuff. Everything is better with bacon!
