Apple-Onion Sauce for Pork

    I used this sauce for pork chops. I browned the chops in a pan first. Removed, then added a little more oil and added the onion scraping up the bits from the chop and perceived to follow the directions exact. Right after adding the cornstarch I put the chops back in to finish up cooking. Flavors were great! I did sub out dried cranberries for fresh cause thats what I had. I thought they would be too sour but they really weren't. This would be good on so many things, even chicken!

    This sounds like a wonderful mix of flavors, ML2C. Like you, I'd put the chops back in to glaze and finish cooking.. Maybe I'd add a pinch of brown sugar, too - you know how I love sweet and sour! :) Lovely pic and thanks for posting!
