Quick and easy dip. Great use for avocados. Came out a little salty for my taste budas, so I just added an extra avocado. Next time I'll just cut down the salt. I think my lemon was just too large and juicy, which bumped up the acidity. It was delicious, and got eaten on the fisrt day.
