Just made this today, and my daughter, niece and I have almost finished it before the rest of the company has arrived! This is like a delicious cross between guacamole and hummus...smooth, not too much garlic, a hint of heat from the red pepper flakes. I will definitely be making this one often - easy, and ingredients that are often on hand. Highly recommend...

Thanks Krum, You are a dear!! I am really glad you liked it... Simple flavors but the taste is there. Try also with Steamed pumpkin or butternut squash substituted in equal amounts for the avocado....... Thanks again..
