I LOVE THIS! I can't believe I've never thought of combining tahini & avocado... You have fantastic taste buds my friend!

Another way for me to use tahini besides hummus - this I have to try, since I love avocado about as much as tahini! I will try to get it made this weekend...that sounds so good (and I'm getting tired of guacamole!)...Krum

Jim, I needed something quick and easy and light for an appetizer for a late lunch today, and I remembered this post...man, am I happy I did! This has a fantastic taste, almost a blend between guacamole and hummus - smooth, a hint of garlic and the bite of a touch of red pepper (and I took your hint and sprinkled the top with a little cayenne). My daughter, niece and I have about finished it off before the rest of the company arrives...oops! This is one I will be making time and time again - thanks so much for sharing it with us, Jim. ~Krum~

I would never have thought to add tahini to an avocado dip, but it sounds great! And thanks to Krum for pointing this one out, in the 'I Made It' group :) Bookmarked + ^5

Gonna add this and make it soon, with pita chips. Thanks Krum for bringing it up in I Made It, and Jim, for the recipe!
