Bacon Egg And Cheese Muffins

    I’m going to make these again and freeze them for camping or in-a-rush-mornings. This is a very nice recipe.

    I did not precook my bacon enough so they were a little chewier than we like but that was my fault and not the recipes’. Added a little extra cheese on top just before they were done, ‘cause we love cheese but was not really needed just personal preference.

    Did switch direction numbers 5 and 6. This gave a nice appearance to the sides and made for easy removal from the tin. Oh, I did have a bit of leftover green chilies and threw them on top, but it wasn’t enough to add any taste. These “muffins” would be delicious as Wynnebaer posted, no changes are needed.
