  Baked Beans
  
  A fairly good baked bean recipe. Tends to want to be on the tomatoey side. It takes a whole lot more time than 30 minutes to boil the beans to tender.
  
  I think more molasses and brown sugar is in order.
  
  I like the addition of cloves but be careful not to add to many spears.
  
  Think it would be just as nice with some star of anise.
