Baked fish with olive topping by Leonora5

  • juels 16 years ago
This was so delicious! The fish on the pics I took came out too dark, but it tasted so good! I had to guesse the amounts of some ingredients because they were in ml. I just used about 1/2 cup where it called for 60 ml and 1/4 cup where it called for 30 ml. It still came out really good, but I am curious if anyone knows the real conversions for ml. at least in grams? I thought ml. was for liquid stuff anyway.

Julia, thanks for the review. If you google metric converters, there are some nice little free programs you can download that will do that for you.... ;-)~~

You are correct... ml is volume and grams are weight.

Julia, 1 tbls = 15 ml so 60 ml would be around 1/4 cup. 30 ml would be 2 tlbs so your porportions where close anyway. ;-)~

Hey thanks, Jim! I appreciate that! There were a couple of recipes posted in ml that I wanted to try. Looks like I just made a little more paste is all. I wouldn't have attemped guessing like that in baking.
