Baked Potato Skins

    Recipe by Wynnebaer: Baked Potato Skins
    Liked the parmesan and oil brushed on.
    Had 5 potatoes, so increased the recipe by 20%.
    No chives, used dried dill weed.
    As you can see by the pic, I used a tad more sour cream.

    Mashed the scooped out potato meat with the bacon grease for some fine mashed potatoes.
