Baked Teriyaki Chicken

    I definitely recommend this. Awesome for dinner last nite, the whole family loved it. Very juicy and flavorful. I think maybe I got a bit baste-happy with it..my skin could've been a bit crispier, but like I said, I think that was my fault. LOL

    Gonna pull some off the bone and mix with the leftover fried rice for lunch. YUM

    I did want to add that I used fresh garlic and fresh ginger as I am all out of the powdered stuff right now.
