Balsamic blackberry chicken

    Posted by sosousme. I didn't have breasts so I used thighs. The sauce was delicious! I added a picture even though the picture is thighs.

    The balsamic vinegar takes away from the sweetness of the jam. Its a little different than sweet and sour. Kind of tangy and sweet. :)
