  This had a bit too much black pepper in it for my taste although the sauce was wonderful.

  Great picture Frankie. I agree that 2tsp of black pepper seems like too much. If I wanted to pepper it up I might have made a combination spice like black pepper a bit of cayenne ... you know that sort of thing.
