Basalmic Glazed Salmon Recipe
I love salmon, though one of my favorites is with a sweet, yet savory glaze made by merging a mustard crust with a basalmic honey glaze.

Ingredients
  • 2 6-8 oz filets of salmon(though honestly this can vary to your needs)
  • 3 tbsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup Basalmic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2-3 oz of your preferred cooking oil

Directions
  1. On a plate combine the mustard powder, salt and pepper
  2. in a small pan combine the vinegar and honey
  3. place the vinegar mixture over med-high heat and reduce by half
  4. crust the salmon on one side with the mustard
  5. heat a med oven safe skillet, or just a med skillet and add the oil
  6. pre-heat your oven to 300
  7. when the oil is hot place the salmon in the pan crust side down and let it get develop a good sear
  8. flip the salmon and let it develop a bit of a sear on the bottom
  9. if your skillet isn't ovensafe transfer the salmon to a baking dish
  10. spoon the balsalmic honey syrup over the salmon coating evenly
  11. bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes cleanly and is fully cooked
