Banana Nectarine Bread

    Recipe by Midgelet: Banana Nectarine Bread
    A very flavorful loaf. Baked at 350F for one hour. Toothpick tested done. Loaf fell a little in the center upon cooling. Wrapped it up in foil for overnight (a tough thing to do) with my bread monkey sniffing the air.
    Cut in to it this morning. The center was still a little doughy and there was a big air pocket in the upper middle of the loaf. Toothpick test should have caught that. Going to go ahead and eat it anyhow. Still tastes good.
