How to make it

  • Place all in high speed blender and pulse smooth, stopping a few times to scrape sides of container.
  • Or beat all together with electric mixer till smooth
  • Place in a large loaf pan
  • Bake 325- 350F about 1 hour or tested done in center
  • Cover top with foil the last 10 to 15 mins if browning to fast
  • Cool 1 0 mins in pan and remove to cool completely. Wrap in foil to mellow overnight before slicing
  • freezes well

    It's cooking It's cooking!! I used applesauce. The peach was very dead.... ugh! And put almonds and strawberry slices in it!
