Banana Nectarine Bread

I love different banana loaves as you all may well know by now. This is another spin Note: fruit may be a ripe peach or plum also
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas shopping list
- 1 ripe large ripe necatarine, pitted, skin on shopping list
- 1/4 cup youghurt shopping list
- 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
How to make it
- Place all in high speed blender and pulse smooth, stopping a few times to scrape sides of container.
- Or beat all together with electric mixer till smooth
- Place in a large loaf pan
- Bake 325- 350F about 1 hour or tested done in center
- Cover top with foil the last 10 to 15 mins if browning to fast
- Cool 1 0 mins in pan and remove to cool completely. Wrap in foil to mellow overnight before slicing
- freezes well
